EA Responsibilities:

Manage executive communications, calendars, and travel arrangements while coordinating meetings, networking calls, and sales engagements.

Streamline communication through monitoring inboxes, preparing meeting notes, and ensuring seamless follow-up for networking contacts, leads, and clients.

Skillfully prioritize Leah's emails, organize five distinct calendars, and handle meeting logistics.

Monitor inboxes, facilitate networking efforts, and create thorough meeting notes for action items.

Provide dynamic administrative support, including online research, data management, and the creation of automation opportunities.

Research, develop faster processes, contribute to automations, assist in content creation, and manage documents efficiently.

Communication Expectations:
Daily check-ins, weekly collaborative meetings with Leah, exceptional written and verbal communication, and proactive updates.
Performance Metrics:
Rapid response to emails and messages (48 hours or less), efficient calendar management (zero conflicting meetings), and adherence to deadlines (90%+ adherence to deadlines).
